Yes, the customer service was excellent! I had problems with the shipment at first, but the seller contacted me immediately and the problem was resolved quickly. The dolls are very good quality. It is well made and very heavy. My only criticism is that it is difficult to clean. The opening is deep and narrow. The doll did come with a cleaner, but I’m concerned that I won’t be able to dry it completely, which could lead to bacteria growth. I think I’ll find a solution though. Great product.
