Yes, the dolls are delivered as pictured. As for the quality, I had never touched a TPE doll before and I can say I was impressed. The bones and joints are nice and flexible to move around. Her skin feels very nice to the touch as well. Compared to the cheap inferior silicone dolls I have owned in the past, this one is much better. Delivery was very quick and accurate and her box was plain with nothing on it.
